Project overview
Five buildings, a shared landscape and 200 homes. Kavaklı is a residential development planned and delivered as one connected site.
The shared basement, superstructures and landscape were organised into coordinated work packages. Separating vehicle and pedestrian routes keeps the shared outdoor spaces connected.

Delivery notes
Formwork cycles, team allocation and procurement were coordinated around the repeating structural elements. Façade junctions and wet-area details were reviewed through sample installations before wider execution.
